ha ha ha! you have to be crazy. I can already imagine the genius who was in charge of the topic. He chooses those versions and periodically updates them. One day he stops receiving kernel updates and says "well, today there are no updates". He continues not to receive them and thinks "you can't see how good the version is that they don't find any flaws". And after some time he stops even looking because they haven't had any updates in 5 years. And of course if there are no updates it's because there are no security flaws.
At 300 napos per hosted website it's not a bad price for the tedious maintenance they were doing. Next time they will invest that million in something more productive.
