Try changing the language and region settings in "Settings".
It should display all applications in the indicated language after restarting. -

In the end it was corrected after restoring the system, I restored it for another reason and to my surprise the name of the application in the start menu was corrected. The strange thing is that I noticed this more than a week ago and by Wednesday the 6th which is the date of the restoration, the problem was obviously already there. Windows 10 and its oddities.
