Print with Chromebooks
-
Hello, I have a Chromebook (Android) at work and I'm having trouble printing to a Ricoh printer.
Since I couldn't print directly, I set up a Windows 10 to use it as a "print server". I have the printer configured on the Windows 10 and then I print from the Chromebook using "Google Cloud Print".
Even though I did it this way, it doesn't work...I don't know if anyone has been in this situation and solved it.
Thanks

The printer connected directly does not print, and through another computer either.
Are you sure the printer works well?
Salu2!
