Windows are minimized when opening new applications in Yosemite

I just updated Mavericks to Yosemite on a late 2009 machine. Everything is going fine. But there is a new option that I don't like. I don't know if it can be configured in any way

I like to work with several windows open. But when I open the second and subsequent ones, the first or previous ones are minimized. They only appear if I use the keyboard shortcut CMD+TAB. I prefer to minimize the windows I need, not that they are done automatically

1. I open Chrome
   

2. I open a second application, Finder for example
   

3. Chrome is minimized. I press CMD+TAB and now I have both windows on the desktop
