I'm looking for a 100% disk solution.

Hello,
There really is, since none of the solutions that I find by googling specifically address my problem, only when certain processes are executed such as: copy and paste, Windows updates, decompressing a file, multiplexing, etc.; the problem occurs and when it does, the system slows down, at times it is impossible to perform an action, it is as if it is blocked.
Windows 10 Home, RAM 8 GB DDR3, i7 -4790, Western Digital WD10EZEX 1 TB.
Best regards!

Hello,
Have you checked with any program if the disk is in good health?
Back in the day I had a disk that every 30 seconds or so would freeze my system for about three seconds and I didn't know what it was due to until I analyzed it with tools like CrystalDiskInfo and discovered that it was on its last legs...
Best regards

@horacio_56 Regardless of whether the disk is played or not, the problem you mention is normal in systems with a single hard drive.
Keep in mind that the head must be in many places reading and writing data.
My recommendation, get an SSD for the OS and applications. -

Apparently it is normal, since on a netbook with windows 7 the same thing happens, when copying and pasting files the disk goes to 100% and in this case the health status is good, unfortunately I do not have other PCs to test; but I intuit that exactly the same thing would happen. The solution would seem to be, to have the system on a different drive from the files or to buy an SSD. I probably did not realize it before since the task manager of previous systems did not show disk usage; but now I understand why it was slow for me.So I am satisfied.
Thanks for the answers.
Greetings!
