Indeed, and it is one of the things that has made me opt for Windows most of the time for HTPCs. It is true that Chromium improves fluidity on machines with little power, but, as unbelievable as it may seem, a miserable Internet Explorer is much better for playing video on web platforms. Now I have Android on a TV Box and in this point it is also superior.
