intel driver search

Hello colleagues... I am once again asking for your help...
I have a HP ProLiant DL380 G7, with an Intel Xeon Quad Core L5630 2.13 GHz processor... and when I run the HP Insight Diagnostic program, I get an error that says:
"Processor package 1 (Socket 1, Core = 4) - Processor temperature test The Health Driver is not available Intel Xeon Processor, Running on CPU 0 Make sure the status driver is correctly installed."
I am looking for this driver on Intel and I have no way of finding it, I have used the automatic driver search tool with the Intel program and it seems that the program gets stuck on my Windows Server 2016.
The problem I have is that the fans on the ProLiant (4), go up to 83% speed and the noise is unbearable, I am not sure if the problem is really due to the lack of the driver.
