Windows 10 1903, up to 15% better on AMD Ryzen

I believe that it has a lot to do with the fact that the new Xbox comes with a Ryzen platform, and sharing the kernel with Windows 10 will offer us many advantages.
Between this +15% in AMD and the -Nosecuantos% of Intel for security patches, the benchmarks when Zen2 is released will be interesting xD
