Smartwatch connected to two mobiles

I am not writing to ask about a smartwatch that can connect to two mobiles, that is a waste of time, I am writing to see who else is out there with a work mobile and a personal one and would like to give their opinion.
Maybe with a little luck someone will listen to us and it will be obvious.
I also think that mobiles with dual sim are ridiculous, but you have to choose between the second sim or the sd, ridiculous and absurd, not to mention a "commercial move", but for that I might create another silly thread.

The truth is that I had never stopped to think about how it would be to put two SIMs in my mobile, because I don't have a phone at work, but this summer I did want to put the SIM of the 4G router that I have at my parents' house to have a good amount of data on a trip, but I will have to see how it affects me not to access the microSD or perhaps there is no other option but to bring a second mobile to create a shared wifi.
Honestly, I also think it's a bit of a scam.
