Crow Tanslate is an open-source text translation interface that uses the services of Google, Yandex and Bing (it currently does not have support for Deepl). It is available precompiled for both Windows and Linux.

It's a shame about Deepl, it's brutal how well it works.

The guy who made the little program says that the DeepL API is paid and that without funding, he can't pay the fees.
