In this video, you can see tests on a Ryzen 7 3700X on an Asrock B450M Pro4 with AGESA 1.0.0.4. The boot time, the CPU-Z benchmark, and CS:GO have been tested.

It's not that the improvement is huge, but a boot time that is 5 seconds better is a considerable improvement. Going from 472 to 480fps is also not a big deal, about a 2% improvement. But putting it into perspective, an improvement like this with just a bios seems like a big deal to me.
