Intel's graphics card is not for gaming

One of the technical leaders of Intel's discrete graphics division has said that Xe-HP will be aimed at data centers. He also says that for consumer GPUs, they will continue to focus on integrated cards.

I don't understand why they are still called graphics cards if they are not good for gaming, rendering, or anything graphic. It's a shame that Intel doesn't want to get involved with dedicated GPUs or that NVIDIA doesn't want to get involved with processors. If the Zen have caused a earthquake in prices and performance, imagine a third rival in everything.
