Pauses or interruptions in video transmission

Hello
I have 2 computers connected to the same router (TL-WR641G), one connected by cable (lenovo 480 with 16 RAM) and the other a desktop (tower type) with only 2 RAM (connected via wifi)
I am watching a live feed and on the Lenovo the feed stops or pauses for several seconds, however on the other computer where I have less resources (RAM) IT HAS NEVER... Read it well NEVER given me a pause or stop signal... what can I check, configure, on the lenovo?

You do not explain how you access that signal, if it is an app, if it is through a browser, the OS you use on each computer, the processor they have, etc...

@ricky21-0 What operating system and browser do you use on each computer? Do you have antivirus on the Lenovo? Have you tried with another cable and from another rj45 socket on the router?
