Improve the speed of file transfer between computers on a local network

Hello, it's been a while since I wrote here.
I have a local network set up on PLC that works well, in principle. The problem I have is when I try to transfer files between two PCs, I can't get it to exceed 2 MB/s. I have verified that both computers have Gigabit network cards, cat e5/6 cables, the network speed is 1 Gbit at both points, the router's switch is also 1 Gbit.
I have the feeling that something is causing a bottleneck, but the truth is that I can't think of what it might be.
Any suggestions, recommendations...

It is probably because of the PLCs. What model are they? Are the PLC sockets in the same magnetothermal, or in different ones? If they are in different magnetothermals, keep in mind that the length of the cable is from the socket to the panel, and from the panel to the second socket.

If you really want speed in the network, forget about PLCs. Use ethernet cable cat 5e as a minimum or use plastic optical fiber from one room to another.
