PC configuration for calculations

Hello, I'm setting up a PC for computing tasks, its functions will be calculations with different tools using the CPU (not GPU), that's why you'll see that I haven't put a graphics card in the "beast".

The doubts I have are these:

[B]The cooling[/B] : the PC will be on 24/7... I've opted for a large NOCTUA fan, liquid cooling scares me a bit because I've heard some pumps explode... and then there's the maintenance...

[B]CPU : i7-10700 or i7-10700k [/B]: I don't plan on overclocking, but looking at comparisons I see that the frequency is different
How do you see the rest?
As I explained, the PC is for work 100%, in my case I apply my work with different tools with pandas python and especially.net, to quickly explain... I make tools that calculate many records (to quickly explain)

For your use I don't know what will be better, but don't rule out the Ryzen platform.
