Problem when reactivating Surface with two screens connected, only one of the screens turns on
-
Good morning to all,
I have a Surface Pro. The problem is that I have connected two screens through a dockstation and every time the computer goes to sleep for being inactive for a while when I reactivate it (moving the mouse or pressing a key) only one of the two screens turns on. To clarify, I work with three screens, the one on the Surface and two more screens. The problem is that one of the auxiliary screens does not restart.
What I do now to solve the problem is to unplug the cable from the dockstation and plug it back in, but I understand that this will eventually cause me problems. My operating system is Windows 10.
Thank you.
