      Nvidia or AMD...
More or less in the same range you have more VRAM in AMD.
      Does it matter?
Depending on what you play, they say that the more VRAM the better (big donkey whether it moves or not)
From my ignorance and or opinion, Nvidia has always given options or directly "lubricated" the game developers and that's why games ran better with Nvidia than with ATI / AMD.
To give an example: gollum, they say it's very poorly optimized (according to them not...) And we need an Nvidia yes or yes. For ray tracing.
Personally I liked Nvidia, and I had high-end.
But I got tired of throwing money away and I went to AMD and I'm so happy.
As the market is, an AMD series 6800 you can get for 600€ with 16 gs of RAM
      I've seen a series 7000 on offer for 700€
Both series offer more VRAM than Nvidia.
And the latest Nvidia series has been having a lot of problems with the connectors.
As you say you play little, I wouldn't complicate my life and I would go for AMD.
      Regards

Thanks @clipper! I checked a couple of comments, checked with PC Components that it would fit in my tower, since the board is huge and I bought it. We'll see how it goes! thanks again for the info! with this, I have a graphics card for years!

@clipper I have my signature, a Phanteks Evolv and the stock fans it comes with. I will measure temperatures and I have also bought a stand because I saw that it is very big and heavy.

@desvest some models come with the bracket included, but mine, which is the shaffire Rx 6800 xt, didn't come with it, so I bought one on Amazon.
But in my case, with a corsair series 5000 tower, a clipper lighter does the same job or better, so I put it in the corner, it will be outside and it will hold all the weight there, the brackets usually don't reach that corner.
                Regards

As soon as I get @clipper I will upload some photos and comments. This MERC didn't come with support, they confirmed it to me from PC Componentes. I bought one from Amazon for 10€ so I'll see how to place it well so that it fulfills its function. This board is really big... jajaja
Many thanks for the offer again.

                        @desvest good...
Now you have the tower more "full" than before you had it "empty"???.
Now it's your turn to pass some performance test and we compare, that always gives life to the server?
                        Regards
