PCI-E I'm missing slots

Well that's it....
I have a computer with
1 PCIE-x16
2-PCI-Ex1

But the PCIEx16 is already occupied and I want to put a PCIEx4 card...
How can I do it? Is there an expansion card or something like that?

@leganiere There are adapters but the card you plug into that port will run at 1x, as the speed is limited by the board's connectivity. Depending on what kind of card it is, it may or may not be a problem.
In Spain I can only find this one that is 1x to 16x (on the 16x you can plug in a 4x without any problems), but it's not cheap: https://www.startech.com/es-es/tarjetas-perifericos/pex1to162

I'm going to give you a very drastic solution that I WOULD NOT DO. But it is a valid option...

Alright, PCIe connectors have a common part which is the first part that is the pins for power. The rest, which is where there are different "sizes", are the data lines. The more lines, the more bandwidth, and the faster the data transfer speed.

Now comes the "destroyer" DIY... Well, if you dare, you can cut the stop that is in the back that makes the PCI card not fit. If you decide, you have to do it very carefully so as not to damage any pin of the connector...

Anyway, I'm giving you a tip that I would never do on my main board...
