To get my facebook api key, it asks me to put the credit card or mobile. I don't know if putting the mobile entails expenses or other problems. If anyone knows something, I would appreciate it if they could tell me.

Expenses I think not, but with the problems they have had with spam and phishing I think the less detailed information, the better.
