ASRock, the Asus is very bare and to make matters worse they have put a PCIe x4 that with multiGPU is rendered useless.

They are also 2 different size motherboards since the gene is M-atx which is why it also has fewer features and the Asrock is an ATX. -

I also have a question about the motherboard I have now, the asrock g31m-gs r2.0, which I bought a few months ago and now it turns out that when I installed w7 and after a few days of using it, the graphics card failed, then I tried to install ubuntu and the same thing happened, the failure was at the beginning when the loading screen of windows and ubuntu got stuck and the logo was almost invisible
and now when I start it up, the screen doesn't react and the speaker doesn't beep.
