Help with BNC to VGA adapter cable

Hello, a family member has a fairly old PC connected to a monitor via BNC (the graphics card output is BNC and it connects to a monitor with a BNC input). What's interesting is that until now I had only seen BNC connections in video that used a cable, but he has three BNC connectors (green, red, blue "components").
The problem is that the monitor has broken and we wanted to connect that PC to a flat screen via VGA. Is there a cable from three BNC male to VGA? Is it as easy as buying a cable or does some kind of signal conversion have to be involved?
And most importantly, where can I buy it?

what graphics does it have? because component output (direct that I remember none) I suppose the output is like "keyboard or mouse" and you have to be able to find cables with output to "yellow" connector

¿que grafica tiene? porque salida por componentes ( directa que yo recuerde ninguna) supongo que salida es tipo " teclado o mouse" y tienes que poder encontrar cables con salida a conector "amarillo"

Bueno lo que pasa es que la gráfica que tiene no tengo ni idea, me ha traído el cable que utiliza para conectar el pc a la pantalla, y el cable son tres conectores BNC machos en ambos lados, dice que con ese cable lo conecta una al pc y el otro a la pantalla directamente sin nada de por medio.

lo que busco es algo a si: 3ft SonicWave RGBHV (5-BNC) Component Video to HD15 VGA Male Breakout Cable

ese tiene 5 conectores BNC supongo que los dos extras serán el audio aunque que yo sepa VGA no lleva audio pero bueno. Mi duda es si solamente con un cable de ese estilo funcionara o hay que meter algún tipo de conversor de por medio? mas que nada por lo poco que se el vídeo por componentes aparte de las señales de vídeo lleva los sincronismos o algo a si.
