Help to configure new pc
-
Hello, I want to build a gaming PC with a budget of around 600 euros (only the tower), I've been getting a little up to date to know which processor to choose, at first I was in doubt between the x4 955 or the new fx 4100 which has the same price, I chose the x4 955 because of the bad reviews of the 4100, but now they have made me doubt that it may be better an intel core i 5 2500k with integrated graphics, to not exceed the budget and maybe also less memory for the same reason and to expand it little by little.
The other option would be an x4 955 with a good graphics card on a motherboard with socket am3 to in the future change the processor for another more current….
once the processor is chosen I would need your advice to configure the PC with the approx 600 euros.I want to emphasize that I am not a computer scientist, just enough to defend myself a little and I miss many details.

something like this would be good

Thanks for the help, any more opinions?

Although the price per mega of 2x2GB is a bit more expensive, it's not a bad idea to save a few euros there, but the power supply is worse, the only quality ones are the Supero (FSP) and if possible the Valeo, looking for silence with little load (I don't know if they have improved this with the latest model), although I still prefer the SilverStone, which is not noisy and is a decent power supply for little money. By the way, they don't even have the specifications of the Radix V on the website. They've pulled an 85% out of thin air, which will be maximum efficiency, not even an 80+ certified. These guys really like to pull figures out of thin air that they don't even believe themselves.
As for the 1155 motherboard, looking for CrossfireX + OC in micro at the maximum cheapness, the SE is not bad, but you would have to get a more serious power supply and the 2500K. The P67 Pro3 alone is already something more serious, the SE is like a Pro with a 2nd PCIe x4. You could also consider a Z68A-D3H looking for an economical Cross, it's not the bomb but it's not overpriced and has a second PCIe x8. For a graphics card and a Sandy "bargain", I would go for the Pro + i5 2400 or even an H61 iCafe. Looking for a cheap Cross without OC, you also have the Asus P8H67 and the Gigabyte PH67A-D3 with more expansion possibilities, essential if you want to plug in a conventional PCI controller. In the case of going for an H chipset, buy 1333MHz memory.
If we remove the assembly of the configuration I gave you, you have enough for an Asus 560 Ti, it's noticeable compared to a 6870.
PD: We haven't put a front fan mainly because the configurator doesn't allow it, but it would be advisable to add at least a Nexus 12 cm. (8€) that will cool the disks, graphics, and help create airflow in the case.

thanks really I didn't expect a response like this ;D, I've had to read the response several times to understand it hehe.
I have a dvd burner and a couple of boxes that could be useful, in that case would I save this money on what would you invest it in? in the motherboard?, in the graphics?, in more or better memory?…
another thing what is the difference between a cl7 memory and a cl9 would you notice a big difference? -
The memory is hardly noticeable and on the Intel platform even less.
What cases do you have?
Is the recorder SATA?
-
Well, as you know, I'm facing the same dilemma. Allow me a question: differences between the first and second proposed boards? The one that had been recommended to me was this: https://www.pccomponentes.com/asus_m5a78l_usb3_am3_.html
And Obione, are you sure that this cooler is enough?
-
Not to overstate it but better heatsink than the stock one. Budget is budget.
That card is pretty modest.

That plaque is quite modest.
Is there much difference with the one you posted? And with the one ferelxyx posted?
-
the recorder is sata and the case is not the model, I can explain how it is. The case has a rear fan that blows air out, it has openings on the sides at the height of the graphics card and the hard drives, it also has a tube that goes directly to the micro fan, I suppose it will be to get fresh air…
I have seen this board in a configuration for a 5 2500k gamers edition, what do you think:
gigabyte z68x-ud3p-b3 4xddr3 (32Mg max)
-
The motherboard is fine but with your budget you should look closely at the prices if you go for an Intel i5.
Is there much difference with the one you put and the one ferelxyx put?
If you're referring to the one in the budget he put an Intel and I put an AMD so there are differences

I hadn't noticed, but well, that's... obvious. But also I was referring to the differences between the one you put and the one I put (the one they recommended to me some time ago). I would appreciate it if you could answer that question, because I don't understand anything about motherboards :verguen:
