Various Problems With Asus A8n-sli Premium Motherboard

well, not long ago my old PC's power supply burned out, and I started building a new one since I had some parts at home.
the thing is that I already had a motherboard, an asus a8n sli premium, socket 939, with an amd athlon x2 4800 toledo dual-core processor, plus 2 gigabytes of kingston 400 memory. Then, in the new one, I put a 500 gb wd sata iii blue hard drive, plus an asus ati 5450 1 gb silent pci e graphics card. Plus a tacens radix v 550w power supply.
well, after putting everything together, the computer turns on perfectly, but it just won't boot like the old asus, showing the typical of almost all motherboards, its devices, etc., but instead, a screen talking about a raid utility, clicking f4 brings up another window with several options about raid, which does nothing.
then the graphics card heats up, I think in my view, at idle with nothing to do, almost up to 60 degrees. It's a graphics card that doesn't have a fan, but the old one didn't have one either and it didn't get half as hot.
and finally, the new hard drive I put in, when I did a test, the system recognizes it as ata not as sata, starting from the base that this hard drive is a sata 3, 600 gb, I know it's not recognized at 600, but it should be at 300, as sata 2 that my motherboard supports, I did a test with hd tune and it recognizes it as 133.

Isn't it that it boots up quickly and you don't have time to see the POST screen that is already showing you the 'BIOS' screen of the raid controller? Go into the BIOS and disable raid mode (assuming you don't use it). Sata and Sata2 DMA Transfer Enabled (Ide Function Setup)

In what mode do you have the disk controller in the BIOS? Can you post a screenshot of the info it gives you about the disk?
