Nvidia GTX550i 1Gb DDR5 DVI DVI mini graphics card, opinion

For an Asus M4A88T-V EVO,
Phenom II X4 955,
G.SKILL Rirjaws X DDR3 PC-1600 2x4Gb,
Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO,
500Gb Seagate HD, plus another one that I will put in of 1Tb,
Burner and reader, what do you think of an Nvidia GTX550i 1Gb DDR5 2 DVI mini? I can get it at a very good price new on eBay auctions.
I was also looking at the Sapphire Raedon HD 6770 Vappr-X 1Gb DDR5, or the 6870.
I hope for your opinions, I am a very, very novice.
Thanks. -
Hello
For that team, the 6870 would work wonderfully. The 550i would also be fine, you could even put a 560 on it that would work better and more than enough.
Best regards

Another intermediate option between the 550ti and the 6870, in terms of performance and price, is the Ati 6850. On amazon it is at about 115€ (+ shipping), and I think on pccomponentes it is more or less at the same price.
To give you an idea of the power of each one, you can take a look at this table from tomshardware that adds up the results of several tests that have been done on a lot of cards... it's not that it's the bible but it will guide you.
