Webcam hacked??

Hello

every time I run win live messenger, and also sometimes when I enter hotmail, I notice that the light on my laptop's webcam turns on for a fraction of a second, and then turns off.

I must tell you that I have modified the msn to clone it, with a patch from the messengeradictos website.

Suddenly it occurred to me if this behavior of the camera could be suspicious and someone was turning it on remotely.

In general, is there any way to find out if they are controlling it remotely?

It wouldn't be the first case where the camera is used to take photos and videos, instead of using software of dubious origin, I would change my messaging program.

The best solution is to put something in front of the webcam when you don't want to use it.

You can try installing traffic analysis programs, but if you use a "patched" program, they will probably mask the processes and it will be difficult to find out.

Anyway, MSN is a security hole in itself

Spybot + Malwarebytes + some antivirus online, but the thing is that live messenger is a mess, since they've let it become what seems like a social network it's disgusting.
