For some time now I have been unable to print from my printer, any network print jobs are impossible to execute.
Many times I find the printer with almost all the lights flashing, that is, when I approach the printer I can see how the power, resume, cartridge, and head lights are flashing incessantly, while the network and cancel lights are off. Even when it is in this state I cannot access it through the network. When I reset it, and it stays in a normal state I can access it and it tells me the good level of the ink cartridges and that the head status is good.
Since this situation has occurred I have been unable to print any job or project.
I have changed the ink cartridges, unplugged it from the network and from the power outlet for a while, but nothing; I have reinstalled the drivers... and a thousand other things, but nothing.
I cannot even print a test page, the printer status...
