Problem with graphics!!!!!!

Hello, I'm editing the post because the problem is with a friend's PC, and the problem is as follows.

I have a little problem with the PC.. I thought it was the graphics card, because when I turned it on I couldn't see anything on the screen and the graphics card fan was going fast and didn't relax (like when it turns on) but I tried the graphics card on another PC and it's not..

What could it be?? because I doubt that all 3 PCI EXPRESS slots are broken..and I can't see the PC! when recently it was working without problems (I know it can break from one day to another but..) it's very strange because the graphics card is not.. and everything is connected properly..

I told him to check with another graphics card to see if it gives a signal, the thing is that he tells me that the PC is still the same without giving a signal.

and the board makes the speaker beep when it turns on…

Could it be a problem with the RAM memory?

issue resolved, a hd was giving us the error.
