[Compatibility] Asus P5KPL-AM + GeForce 9500GT

hello i'm new to the forum (although i've been reading it for a while now), and i was wondering if someone could help me with the OC of my computer.
first the specs:
-motherboard: ASUS P5KPL-AM EPU
-cpu: INTEL PENTIUM DUAL CORE E5500 2.80 GHZ 2MB CACHÉ
-ram: 2x KINGSTON PC2 6400 DDR2 2GB 800Mhz
-graphics: NVIDIA GEFORCE 9500 GT 1GB DDR2

currently i have the OC set up like this:
-FSB: 268 (original at 200)
-multiplier: x14
-memory over voltage: 2.23125
-vcore: 1.2875 v
-temperatures: min: 36°C and max: 50°C (not gaming, just browsing and little more)
with this setup my pc reaches 3751.86 Mhz compared to the stock 2800, although my goal is to push it to 4000 Mhz.

if anyone could help me out by telling me what i need to modify in the bios or any other info to achieve my goal i'd greatly appreciate it.

sorry, but i need your help…is the Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT 1GB DDR2 compatible with the Asus P5KPL-AM EPU motherboard??? I want to buy the geforce, but i'm not sure about the compatibility with my motherboard...
