How to renew a fixed IP on a Draytek Vigor2200E-plus router

Hello, I connect using a cable-modem from Ono (Thomson), when I need to renew the IP I do it through a.bat file, without problems. But recently I was given a second-hand router (Draytek vigor2200E-plus), and so I can share the connection with 2 PCs, the problem I have is that this router has or is assigned a static IP (it is always the same, example: 80.232.xxx.xxx), so much so that I have tried and I can not renew it for another different one, this interests me when using for example (jdownloader) among others. I do not know much about network and router issues, besides it is in English, I have not found a manual in good condition in Spanish for this device, also for much as I have searched I have not found the way to carry out this task (renew the fixed IP) on this router. I request information, thank you
