More redemption in Processor and Graphics

Hello, I have an AMD 6400 X2 Dual Core 3200 Mhz and T. Graphics POINT OF VIEW GEFORCE 8800GTS 320MB, is there any way to get a little more performance out of it. -

Without adding any components by touching the bios, I suppose by touching a little the voltage and frequency and core clock, and I don't know if there will be any program to touch the Graphics and the micro.

Simply the OC -
Test Afterburner + GPU-Z for graphics, for micro from BIOS + OCCT to monitor voltage and temps + Prime95 Custom (Min and max FFT 1792, 1 pass/min and 4000 on RAM) to check stability.That the temps of the graphics do not exceed 80º, for micro it will be better to look at a guide.
