Budgeting advice

Hello, first of all I introduce myself.
I have been reading and I liked the forum and I saw that there is a good atmosphere, that people understand quite a lot and that they do not mind helping.
First of all I would like to comment on the use I will make of the PC:
-
Typical domestic use: internet, playing videos etc.
-
Programming: use of heavy programs for programming in java, android or.net (netbeans, eclipse, Visual Studio) and handling of databases.
-
Games: little almost nothing, so for now I will go with the integrated graphics and maybe later I will put one.
-
Graphic design and multimedia: nothing, I do not do video editing or photo retouching.
Motherboard: Asus AM3+ M5A78L-M/USB3 (62,05 €)
Micro: AMD AM3+ FX 4100 4x3,6GHz (95,41 €)
Memory: Kingston DDR3 PC1333 2x4GB (48,48 €)
HD: WD 500GB SATA-3 Caviar Blue (64,50 €)
Case: ATX B-Move Thea 500W (26 €)TOTAL: 349,80 €
I would like to comment that I am going to buy from a local supplier so it comes out cheaper and maybe I could opt for other components although I am in a hurry with the pc and I think it is quite good for the use I will give it.
Doubts and possible changes:
Change the memory for some PC1600 and I would only go up about 5 € per module. (they told me some of the ipc brand or something like that that they say are good but if I want then kingston or corsair)
Hard drive: change it for a seagate barracuda 1TB. The one from the store says that if I want it they will bring it but they are not bringing it because WD gives 2 years of warranty and seagate only 1.I think that is all, I had looked at i3 and i5 but the normal motherboards that I have been looking at only bring 2 slots for ram and PC1333 and if not then it would be motherboards of 100 €, adding that the intel micros come out more expensive, opting with this AMD the same performance as the i3 and at a lower price.
I am hooked on hardware and I have researched what I could before asking here, so I hope I have explained myself well and I hope for your advice.
Thanks and Salu2!!!

For those 5€ I recommend upgrading to 1600Mhz RAM, especially because you are going to use heavy code compilers and you will benefit from more speed.
For what you need, it's generally good.
If you want motherboards at 50-70€ for Intel, you can find them on Amazon.es. Generally I recommend Intel over AMD. Comparing i5 with 8150 I would say to get the i5, but between an i3 and a 4150, I would go with the AMD.

Well, the little guy has already been ordered.
From the budget with Kingston PC1600 Hyperx memory and with the discount, in the end 308€
