      Hello,

I present this query to you, to see if you can guide me.

I have an Intel i5, with Windows 7 Ultimate, and a main SSD and 2 SATA HDDs.

One day, a blue screen appeared and the computer turned off or restarted

When I restarted again, the following error appeared at the beginning:

Window failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
      1.Insert….
2........ status : 0xc000000e info : The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible

I also detected in the BIOS check of the hard drives, that it only detected one of the HDDs.

After several restarts, everything returned to normal. The BIOS detected the 3 hard drives and started Windows 7 without problems.

But after a few days, it happened again. The same error appeared.
At some point, I could start Windows 7. But after a short time of working, Win7 stopped responding.
I was trying to copy data from F: to an external USB, it copied for a brief time and from a certain moment Win7 stopped responding.
This happened in Safe Mode as well.

After several restarts, the same process happened again. Now at this moment, Win7 does not start and the message The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible remains. And the BIOS only detects one of the HDDs, the WDC WD10EARS-22Y5B1

I hope it is not a hardware problem with the hard drives.

Any suggestions or step-by-step guide I can follow to detect the problem??

      UPDATE: my disks

      HDDs

      WDC WD10EARS-22Y5B1

      Seagate ST31000528AS

      SSD

      FM-25S2S-120GBP2 - G.SKILL

For the G.Skill PhoenixSSD, is there any tool I can use from a bootable CD that I can create?

I don't know exactly where the problem is: hard drives, motherboard, Windows software. If I turn on the computer (the BIOS detects them) it recognizes all the hard drives (I changed the position of the SATA cable connectors on the motherboard), but from Windows when copying or doing something, after a short time it stops responding, and gets stuck.

      The steps I follow:

      I turn on the PC
The BIOS recognizes the 3 hard drives: SSD and 2 HDDs.

It starts Windows. After a short time, it stops responding.

After a while, a blue screen appears, quickly, I can't read the message.

      I restart the PC.
The BIOS does not recognize the SSD hard drive.

I turn off the PC for a while.

I turn on the PC again, and now it's back to normal (it recognizes the 3 hard drives, starts Windows, stops responding...)

I am in that vicious circle.

The last thing I checked was to boot with a LiveCD of Ubuntu, and I accessed the hard drives without any problem, copying the data, it didn't give any problems. I will continue testing more like this, in case the SSD drive has problems with that LiveCD Ubuntu.
