Integrated graphics problem in i7
-
I have a problem with the integrated graphics on the i7
It doesn't appear in the Device Manager list, not even with the little yellow triangle. If I try to install the micro's graphics driver, the system tells me that "the computer does not have this feature and cannot be installed" (or something like that)
Similar messages are given when I try to install some motherboard utilities. These are, and I give the error messages that accompany them:
-Software Lucid Logix Virtu MVP –> FAILURE: Integrated Graphics Devide was not found
-Software Intel Rapid Start Tec --> FAILURE: This system does not meet the requirements for installing this software.
-Intel Smart Connect Tecnology --> FAILURE: Platform Check Failed. Unsupported hardware.
I clarify that all this is happening to me since I was reinstalling Windows from a PEN, and the power went out halfway. Then this happened to me Problem starting-installation USB bootable - HardLimit, and after reinstalling W7 again, there was no way to install either the i7 graphics driver or the 3 utilities I mention.
But all these utilities and drivers DID let me install them perfectly YESTERDAY, in the first installation of W7 I did.
Do you know what's going on? Could the power outage have damaged something in the micro or in the BIOS? What can I do to fix it?
Regards.
PD. In graphics devices, within Device Manager, the GeForce 670 and the Intel graphics of the i7 should appear, right?

Hello, I have managed to activate the integrated graphics and virtualization options by touching the Bios, and I was able to install:
-Lucid Logix Virtu MVP Software
-Intel Smart Connect TechnologyHowever, I cannot install:
-Intel Rapid Start Tec Software –> FAILURE: This system does not meet the requirements for installing this software.
There is a specific section in the Bios for "Intel Rapid Start", and everything is "enabled", but I am not sure if there may be another Bios option that affects it. Yesterday I was able to install it… but today after the power outage, I couldn't. I would ask you to advise me on what I should enable.
Do you think the power outage may have damaged something?
Best regards.

By the way, when you select the "default" options in the Bios, all these options that I mentioned in post 1 are deactivated, including the graphics integrated into the microprocessor. Is that normal?
Any ideas for the "Intel Rapid Start Tec" software problem?
Regards.
