Help with power source.
-
Hello my name is Ottoniel, I am trying to assemble a pc for gamers, I have never had one so I have many doubts and fears every day that I acquire more parts. My doubt is as follows:
I bought a Ozc Fatality 750 power supply it is modular. and it comes with red and black connectors. my doubt is that I do not know what the difference is and where I should connect the connectors that go to the graphics card. I have read that some have done it wrong and have damaged their video cards. and I would not like that to happen to me. I have attached an image of the connectors I am talking about. and if you can guide me on how to connect the power to the video card. I would appreciate it very much.
Attached is an image of the power connectors from the power supply.

the connectors I am referring to are the red onesI currently have an AMD Radeon HD 6870 card

And why do you think you need a manual
Bye!
P.D.: In my opinion, black ones are for peripherals, and red ones are for graphics cards (6 and 8 pin PCI-Express connectors).

the manual (including Spanish version)

my F.A is also modular and you don't have the balls to plug the peripheral cable into the PCI outputs, the manufacturers do it with an idea (and not a bad one).
P.D I hope the PC is for you, because if it's for a colleague...

it is clear that the connector that enters the source is the right one, because those that are the same have
the same current output.
rest assured you cannot make a mistake even if you want toregards
