      Hello everyone,

I've been looking at comparisons, reviews and reading on this forum... but I can't decide...

Can you help me? Which one would you go for? Considering performance and good ventilation, so as not to fry it in two days.

I think the Evga is Superoverclocked, the ASUS is Direct OC II and the gigabyte is the normal one.

An opinion from the outside would be very helpful...

Greetings to all and many thanks in advance.

the cheapest one ;D the gigabyte one which also has OC the asus one I think doesn't, which uses serial values.
I have one and I'm delighted with it, it's cool, quiet and I can do everything with it (BF3 and other things from that era at full capacity), the only downside is that the TI one is better, but it costs more ;D
here the cheapest one is the PNY but I think it will be noisy
and here the zotac but with the gigabyte they give you Metro for free
        regards

The Sapphire 7870s haven't come out very well but this price is tempting:

Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition OC 2GB GDDR5 11199-19-20G Graphics Card

If you want to go for a 660, I don't like the mess they've made to put 2GB in but between those I would go for the Gigabyte OC.

Another option is to wait for them to release the mid-range 700 series, if not to get a 760 or a 750 Ti, at least to take advantage of a likely drop in the 600 series.

Hi, thanks for responding…you don't recommend ASUS at all? I thought it was a good choice? As for the other two, Gigabyte is better, I've seen that the Evga is a bit more powerful because of the factory overclock and gives a bit more in performance, or so it seems...

            Gigabyte has won...

            Thank you very much.

Right now I would wait for the 760ti which is about to be released and maybe even have a good price, at least it will have to drag down the price of the 660ti and 660, even the 670.

Seeing the price that the 770 has come out at and that some offers have been seen, I think the 760Ti might also surprise in price and certainly deserves more than the 660 and 660Ti.

I would wait a week or two, I don't think it will take longer.

Then in brands I don't care, they are all good and what I would look at is the cooling, that you can do SLI without them frying from the heat and extras, plus price, I don't pay a significant difference for one, I go for the cheapest one, they are all good brands and all of them are of quality.

              regards
