An APU for this use?

Hello.

I am looking to build a new computer. I currently have a 5-year-old laptop (P8400, 4gb ram) that is getting a bit slow and especially the small monitor.
The use will be 80% office work and the rest photo editing (Lightroom) and video editing (Pinnacle Studio). In these last two tasks, my current computer is not enough.
Games are not a priority at first, but who knows if I get bored and if there is something I like.

I have thought about an APU A10 6800K, itx motherboard, 8gb ram. Keeping my two hard drives, a Crucial M4 SSD and a 1Tb HDD.
Another thing would be to wait for itx FM2+ motherboards to come out and later put a new cpu if it's interesting.

Do you think it's correct for the use I'm going to give it or is it better to go for an AMD FX + graphics card or Intel i5 + graphics card?

About 450-500€ budget for the tower without hard drives.

Something like this I had thought. Is it enough for the use I'm going to give it and that it lasts me at least 2-3 years without touching it much? Now my laptop defends itself, if in addition for office work it's more than enough.. but it's giving it some strain and it slows down a lot due to lack of CPU.
Or better to go for insurance and get CPU + graphics as Obione has put for in the future to be able to upgrade better? I don't think I'll need a powerful graphics card.

for that money it's not bad, besides the A10 has very good graphics
