Corsair H110 or Swiftech H220

Hello,
I am planning to buy a liquid cooling system for my I5 3570K processor with OC at 4.5. I currently use a Noctua NH-U12P SE2.
I am between the Corsair H110 or the Swiftech 220, both are compatible with my Corsair C70 tower.
I rule out any other system that carries software for its configuration (H100i or others) I like it simpler.
Anyone who has tried one of those can advise me.

Before a Corsair Hydro H110, I would buy a NZXT Kraken 60, but if you can get a Swiftech H220 All in One, you'll have a pre-assembled kit to install and many more options for improvement and expansion.

I've read good reviews about the Swiftech 220, it seems to perform better than the H110 despite being smaller, I think I'll get the H220 that I found on amazon: Swiftech H220 - Case fan (with fan): Amazon.es: Computers
If anyone here has it and can give me their opinion I would appreciate it.
