DDR 3 memory for Asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0
-
Hello everyone, recently I installed an FX 8350 on an Asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0, which I put some G Skill Performance DDR3 1600 and in all the games it gives me jerks. In Crysis 3 even the sound distorts and goes mute in some effects. I think it's a problem with the memories because of the latencies.
These G Skill have some latencies 9 9 9 24 and the bios recognizes it at 9 9 9 28 1t.
I wanted to ask what memories would go perfect on this motherboard, because I don't like at all the performance that the G Skill gives on said Asrock.
Does anyone have this motherboard? can you tell me what Ram you put on it?
Thanks and greetings to everyone.

lower the speed of those memories to less than 1600 while keeping the latencies to see if they stop failing

I've set them to 1333 Mhz and it's worse, playing Battlefield 4 the game froze for 10 seconds until it responded again.
It's clear that it's because of the memories. I don't think it's because of the temperature because I have a Noctua and I haven't seen the FX go above 50 degrees while playing Battlefield 4 on High.
Suggestions? I'm about to get this Kingston kit.

By the way, which ones are better? the Hyperx Blue or the genesis? I can't find any differences…
Best regards.

The thing is that you should first try with other memories that you have lying around on another computer or that someone lends you, no one guarantees that it is only the memories. When you dispel the doubt and check that other different memories work well, then it is time to go for new ones, but first you have to check it.
