Replace my 3930k, x79 UD3 and GTX 780?

Hello friends, the thing is that I'm going to get rid of my 3930k, ud3 X79 and GTX 780. It's not that I'm unhappy or anything like that but I want to get some money out of it since I want to make some money and I don't "demand so much" within some playable limits...

I've always played BF3 online and I wanted everything to go at 100% 60FPS stable etc... now I skip BF4 and I suppose that playing at less FPS doesn't feel as much in Offline games... (I suppose I don't know...)

What good looking and cheap configuration would you recommend for:

Call of duty Ghost (it's the only one I'll play online or almost... but I suppose that being less demanding than other online FPS I won't have many problems)
MEtro 2033
Metro last ligth
Hitman Absolution
Tomb rider (the last one)
Counter stricke global ofensive

I had thought of:
8320 and the most economical motherboard 970 with 8 phases of power for overclock... but researching a bit I see that the FX 6300 is the "little brother" of 6 cores and they say it's quite similar (also a bit cheaper)... what do you think?

On the other hand I don't know if I should go for some intel i3, i5 "good looking and cheap" NON K but that can OC "relatively well for not being K" and that runs well with these games...

Do you have any other ideas?

Off-topic: do you know any other place for c-v besides EOL and the impenetrable h2m
