How do you like this budget of 600€ + monitor?

Hello everyone, I am designing a mid-range PC focused on gaming and I was thinking about this configuration. After consulting various charts of results and comparing rival brands (AMD-INTEL, NVIDIA-ATI, etc.) I have come to this config. How do you see it? Any component to avoid?
CPU:
AMD FX Series FX-4350 4.20Ghz 4X
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
Corsair Vengeance XMP PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 8GB 2x4GB CL9 Red
Graphics:
Sapphire Radeon HD 7790 OC 2GB GDDR5
Rest:
Tacens Radix VI 650W
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO CPU Cooler
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB SATA3 64MB
Nox Coolbay VX Zero Edition
Liteon iHAS124-14 DVD Writer SATA OEM
Monitor:
BenQ GW2255 21.5" LED VAThe budget price is strict, I can't go over the 600 it already costs, so it can only go down.
Regarding the power supply I am a bit lost do I need more or am I over it? It's to lower some power and try to fit a wifi card.
Thanks in advance! Regards

Thanks Sylver, I've been looking at your recommendation but it goes over my budget by more than 50€, and unfortunately it's totally closed at 600€.
I would like to put an I5 in it, but in particular I've seen that this AMD FX gives them a good thrash in that range to the I5, especially in games..
The thing about the power supply is to lower W, won't he need it? thanks!

Haswell still gets better performance than that FX range, and about the PSU, the goal is to be of quality, not to have a higher theoretical power. In that sense, the brands to avoid are Tacens, B-Move and similar, and the brands of higher quality are Seasonic, Corsair, OCZ…
Best regards!
