Duda Router coaxial [Resolved]
-
Hello, I will explain my doubt.
Not long ago, I installed a doubler on the coaxial cable that Ono installs inside your house (both outputs work), with the idea of buying a router with a coaxial input, but I can't find one.
I would like to know where I can get a neutral router with a coaxial input, I saw one from a Chinese brand, but it can't be imported to Spain, and Linkis, Cisco and D-link don't have one.
I already know about the MAC registers, I can handle that, the thing is the hardware.
Thanks in advance.

And why don't you put the Ono in bridge mode and connect a neutral router to it?
It's what everyone does and you'll probably save money.

If it is neutral, it will not have a coaxial input by definition. A neutral router connects to another router or to a modem, whether it is ADSL, fiber, etc... so it will not have coaxial or RJ11 inputs.
The normal option is the one that Victor comments, and that is how I had it with ONO.

ok, thanks, I guess there is no other option but to ask Ono for another router…

Can't your ono router be put into bridge mode?

I'm sorry for taking so long to reply, but I was away from the forum for a while, sorry.
You can put it in bridge mode, but it doesn't reset it when it feels like it.
What I did was connect the ono router to a switch using the router as a simple adapter.
Thanks for the help.
