I am fixing a Sony Vaio VPCSB3Q9E because sometimes when I turn it on the touchpad or keyboard do not work but when I restart it works perfectly, the problem is random it happens once in 50.
I opened it and everything was correct the cables were well connected, I cleaned it and put everything back together again, I also formatted it and reinstalled Windows 7, it seemed like it did not fail after all this but today when I turned it on the touchpad did not work, I restarted it and it worked perfectly again.
The problem is that it does not load the touchpad driver I do not know why in the device manager but with an external mouse it works perfectly.
I have everything updated bios, touchpad drivers, Windows updates...
I can not think of much more to do, do you have any idea what might be happening?
