Duda CPU and GPU temperatures
-
Hello dear HardLimit members
2 weeks ago they changed the thermal paste on my pc from the gpu and cpu
for an artic silver… today I decided to install WoW, I constantly check the temperatures but I noticed that when playing in ultra, maximum resolution the video card is giving me an average of 60-67 degrees while playing and the processor reaching 50-56 degrees... my components are i7 2600k with a TT OCK Frio cooler and I have this video card PC Factory • Tu centro tecnológico • Video.NVIDIA.GeForce.GTX760.2048MB.GDDR5.DirectCU.II.OC.Edition I added a photo where you can see the high and low temperatures in HWmonitor and in real temp …. I left it for a while without doing anything so you can see what it normally works at
I would like to know if these temperatures are okay while playing or up to what is dangerous
Thank you very much in advance friends, take care

In summer, with a game like WoW, and with those components, I think it's normal.
The "dangerous" thing has to be taken with a grain of salt, but to summarize, let's say that at 75º GPU we should think about lowering detail, and if exceeded, in changing the case and/or game. In CPU, let's say that up to 70º we could have a team 24/7, and from there on, ration the hours if we don't want to lower the OC or can't improve the dissipation. This is personal, everyone puts the limit where they think it's convenient.
My recommendation: take the reference temperatures without load/at full capacity with the components newly assembled of our own team, this will make it easier for us to notice discrepancies with a 100% reliable model.

As long as it doesn't go over 80º, which is what I have with a heatwave and the door closed, running at 3K the Gigabyte whose noise makes me laugh xD
With less demanding games, 60 and a bit degrees seems normal to me, which is what I have with Guild Wars 2 for example.
