Maria de Villota RIP

María de Villota dies in a hotel in Seville
Checkered flag for María de Villota.
This morning she crossed the finish line in the particular race that we all compete in. Despite suffering an incident that almost left her out of the race, she managed to return to the track and make up positions in a surprising way.
Finally, victory with a podium and celebration with the bitterest of champagnes, disappointment and tears for her husband, family and friends, but, from this humble forum, all motor racing fans, and myself, dedicate this applause to her, and recognition of her bravery and perseverance.
Rest in peace. -
Like everyone, I was very surprised by the news and it is one of those that have a big impact. It was not even a week ago that we saw her in the F1 pre-event in A3, with that energy and good humor that she showed in front of the camera, which did not make us expect something like this. A fighter, first as a woman in a world of men and then as she proved after the accident.
Rest in peace.

I read it this morning and the truth is that it is outrageous that La Parca should take it out on people like Maria, who despite everything that happened, had as her ultimate goal to live the second chance that life gave her.
Sad farewell to a fighter. From Tapatalk for Zx Spectrum

I am saddened by the news, she was an amazing woman, they say that bad luck does not exist
but I believe and see that it does, it is not strange that she died, the accident was very serious and she was not well
although it may have seemed so, my most sincere condolences, a great woman has gone,
life is unfairregards

A strong aunt of the holy sacrament, deserving of all the good things she has lived, RIP
Anyway, tomorrow morning very early qualifying in Suzuka
And after the party (well, tomorrow at 3:15), let's see if a good race comes out and those on the podium look to the sky in her memory.
