DDR3 RAM memory compatibility query

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask you a question if you can help me, I was trying to sell my ram modules which would be a gskill 32 GB of 1866 mhz 8x4 modules.

And the person who wants to buy me has a different platform which is a MAXIMUS VII HERO of the 1150 socket, his idea is to put 4 modules on the motherboard and I wanted to know if you would have any problem with the modules on this board?

From my point of view, it should work even though the memos are not designed for that platform, what do you say?
