Do not let ONO deceive you
-
Hello everyone. This is to warn you of a possible scam if you have ONO. Last summer (2014) I received a phone call from ONO saying that because I was a wonderful customer, they were changing my 200 MB quota to a 500 MB quota for free. Since they had already played a trick on me before, I said no. The lady on the other end of the phone told me that I was so stupid that it was for the same price and that they were giving it to me for being a customer for so long. In the end, being the fool that I am, I accepted their offer. Well, as soon as they put the new rate on me, they increased it by 6 euros and that it was for the same price was not true. Now I am paying 12 euros.
I made a complaint and they called me. They told me that I could go back to the previous rate. But of course, they had set it up very well because I was paying 5 euros for the 200 MB rate and now that rate does not exist and the minimum is over 9 euros. So even if I change, the mission is accomplished. So just so you know.
