Duda placa amd fx8350

Hello mates, I'm about to build a pc from parts and I don't know which motherboard is the most suitable for the Amd Fx8350 Black Edition processor.
I've looked at some but my budget is tight, less than 100€.
The use is for photography and gaming, and I've read wonders about this processor that must be a beast.
I don't plan to overclock because I've never touched that topic.
I've read things like that you need one with 8 phases and such and that there are some that are 6+2… I don't understand the topic. If someone could give me a hand I would appreciate it

I would recommend an Intel (i5, i7 from high-end ranges) for gaming and photography, accompanied by a good SSD.

The truth is that putting together a whole PC for 700€, I think it involves getting a semi-new deal in the second-hand market as some of us have done.
If what you want is for it to last, I would save a little more to reach at least 900€, and thus put a big i7 with a corresponding motherboard and a lot of RAM. If you were short of money, you could leave the SSD for later.
