Duda processor amd fx

Hello mates, I think I've chosen the processor for the new PC I want to buy.
It's the AMD Fx8350 Black Edition. It seems to be a powerful machine for the price it has, and that's why I don't want to make a mistake with the components that accompany it.
1-Do you think the Asus M5A97 R2.0 motherboard would be good? I don't plan to do OC because I haven't dared to get into that world… But the motherboard should be less than 100€ and correct for this beast of a processor.
Do you recommend any?
2-I know this beast has heat problems... what fan should I put on it?
This one is common Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO CPU Cooler RR-TX3E-22PK-R1 Fan/Cooler would it be good for me?
The PC will be for photo editing and powerful games basically.
3-And last thing: why the doubt of everyone between the FX8350 and FX8320?

Hello,

People get the 8320 because it's exactly the same processor as an 8350 but with a few less mhz that are easily achieved with overclocking, which I recommend you do. With the heatsink you mentioned you won't have any problems, although I would get this one: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Fan/Cooler

12 cm fan, moves more air and with less noise.

Even if you don't plan to overclock, that micro is very hot, and with summer coming, uff!

Look for something more powerful, maybe an RL like Corsair Hydro H100i or CoolerMaster Seidon 240
