USB to VGA adapter

Hello, I wanted to know if in the case that a graphics card broke and I had nothing on hand, I could plug in this adapter so that it would boot via USB to the VGA screen, or is this not possible.

This is not possible.

I have seen some kind of USB graphics cards around, but I don't know how well they will work and, above all, when they start working. That is, it is possible that it does not emit a signal until the drivers are loaded into the operating system, so the most basic maintenance tasks, such as installing the drivers themselves, might not be possible without a classic graphics card. -
So in the case of a desktop without integrated vga, and with a broken external pci video card for example, how can I see the monitor, or know if it's a problem with the card or the motherboard, considering that I don't have another one to test it with... there should be something like what I'm saying... a usb to vga device with its own drivers that would load when booting the bios and recognize it as graphics or video output.
I already know I'm asking for a lot, it's most likely that nothing like this exists, or so I think.

I don't mean to come across as pedantic, far from it, but I think it's the minimum to know the basic architecture of a computer.
The graphics card is part of the "holy trinity" of a computer, that is: processor, memory, and video.
The video card, dedicated or discrete, is only for that: transforming the information from the processor into signals that the user can read. That is, it is what currently allows the computer to communicate with the user. If it fails, there is no other component in the system that can replace its function. -
To get closer to the concept, there are pci to agp adapters (and I think vice versa too), there are simple old pci graphics and some mutations of this type. So if you want to have an ace up your sleeve for when your graphics card fails, get something from the above mentioned and you'll be more relaxed. That, or a cheap pci-e graphics card just for checks.
What you imagine of a usb graphics card of the same type as those sound ones that are around 5 or 10€, it doesn't seem like it's going to be available in the short term.
