Reduce atx tower

Greetings to all, this year I have to get rid of the tower that you helped me set up in 2009
I'm going to try to reuse components and make an htpc for the living room where I can play fifa 15, I usually don't play anything that requires a last generation graphic.

This is my current configuration

The motherboard is an atx, so I will have to change the motherboard and processor, the case is huge, it will also be outside, and the graphics card works well for me at the moment but it's 5 years old, I should also change it.

I've been looking at configurations for an htpc with a mini-itx motherboard and I have doubts about the case. I would like to reuse memory and two of the hard drives with more capacity, maybe I'll retire the power supply as it's 5 years old and it will fail sooner or later.

I'm still undecided about the processor, motherboard, power supply and graphics card, and I hope for your recommendations.
